1. Do you guarantee your work? Are you insured?

It is simple, if you are not satisfied with our service, call back within 7 days and we will do what we can to fix the problem. If not, its free! We are fully bonded and insured. When you use our company you will always get our employees. We will never send contractors or strangers to your home.
2. How long have you been in business with the same owner under the same company name?
This is a big one when checking with other companies. Be careful of comapnies that boast the number of years “carpet cleaning experience” they have. What they are really doing is adding up the number of years their employees have been in and out of different companies. Our company has been in operation for over 20 years. The Reed family has owned the company since 1991. The company is now in its second generation and we are committed to the same quality of service and professionalism as always.
3. How long have your employees been with the company?
Three of our 8 employees have been with the company for over 12 years. On average, our 9 employees have been with the company for 8 years or more.
4. Are your employees IICRC Certified and are you an IICRC Certified Firm?
The Institute of Inspection, Cleaning, and Restoration is the industry standard in certifying cleaning and restoration professionals. This is something we take very seriously at Master Craft. All of our employees are required to hold multiple IICRC Certifications and we are an IICRC Certified Firm.
5. Please describe your cleaning process.
We have an 11 step cleaning process here are Master Craft.
Step 1 Inspect/discuss cleaning requirements with customer.
Step 2 Brush/edge around baseboards, furniture, etc.
Step 3 Vacuum.
Step 4 Move furniture.
Step 5 Pre-spray soiled areas, traffic lanes, spots.
Step 6 Treat special spots with appropriate spotters.
Step 7 Steam clean, Machine scrub OR Ultimate Clean (both)
Step 8 Replace and protect (block or tab) furnishings.
Step 9 Apply protector or deodorizer if needed.
Step 10 Groom carpet with carpet rake.
Step 11 Inspect/review results with customer.
6. What is the quality of your equipment?
At Master Craft, we have state of the art technology dedicated to serving your cleaning needs. Our truck mounted steam cleaning systems are among the best in the industry delivering high temperature water but more importantly, strong vacuums help get your carpet dry fast! Our dry cleaning, grout cleaning, and carpet repair equipment are the best money can buy. When it comes to water damage we don’t just rely on our steam cleaning equipment. We have special tools designed specifically for water extraction and repair.
7. Are you locally owned and family operated?
The Reed Family has owned Master Craft since 1991. We live, work, and play in the Dayton and Wilmington Ohio Area. We are passionate about personally supporting other local companies.

10. Do you have an actual facility where I can drop off furniture, area rugs, or meet with a manager if needed?
Our office is located at 1855 Bellbrook Ave. Ste H Xenia Ohio 45385. We are able to do in-house cleaning for most items but sometimes it makes sense for items to be brought to our facility for cleaning. We also offer pick-up and delivery. Our office employs both a general manager and an office manager to make sure that the needs of our customers are met.
11. Do you offer other services such as tile and grout cleaning, carpet repair, and so forth?
We consider ourselves a full service cleaning and restoration company. We have been doing more and more restoration and repair work. At the top of our website you can get a full list of our offerings.
